CS Closing Ceremony and a whole lot of others

Hi all! Yesterday night was the CS closing ceremony, we all had much fun didn’t we!? All the booze, cute but not available guys, singalongs etc etc. I could use one more of those sessions man. Let’s have a karaoke night after the exams or something, guys! 

The whole event kicked off with this band called Stellastory and they are not too bad! Cute guys alert man, but oh well, all not available, haha! After that, it was Talentime. I didn’t stay around long enough to watch everyone’s performance cos I got a little bored, heh. But I did watch Joyce’s dance item. Wooo, hot mama! Too bad I didn’t have my camera with me or else I would have taken a pic with her. I’m quite glad Kelvin won Talentime, he totally deserves it. I didn’t watch him but I definitely heard him sing AND play. He’s gooooood!

I was limping for 2 entire days! I had no idea what was wrong with my leg man. It hurts when I bend it or when I apply pressure. It’s a lot better now, I even tried to run, hahahaha. Even though it was super painful, I still went for Hedwig. I cannot afford to skip her tutorial; I’ll get slaughtered alive! Went for 208 after that, which I barely paid any attention. Yikes!!! 

Met my sis at Haji Lane cos I miss Cotton so we spent the whole afternoon together. Leg pain lah, what to do???

We went to Raw after that for dinner, yum yum! I had Chilli Lamb Bolognese, OMG SUPER YUM! But I still love my ‘Love Raw, not War’ burger. Heee.

I look rather sick, but yes that was the Chilli Lamb Bolognese that I downed in less than 15 minutes. Gangsta foood!!!

Hmm, received a nasty comment on my previous blog entry. I am really nice to people if people are nice to me. I think I’m a generally nice person, with the occasional bitchfits (I’m not perfect!). But I really have an issue about judging people cos I feel no one has any right to judge any one else. It’s just unfair. Oh well! I guess this is reality and we have to face it sometimes.

Well, I met Ben on a rather fateful day outside Zouk. Things weren’t going all too well that night and we didn’t manage to talk much. I only remembered conversations about our age and how old he felt. We got to know each other a little better each time everyone meets up, and I found out that he’s a fucking (pardon my french.) talented artist! You have NO idea how good this guy’s works are!

Thursday is over!

Thursday is finally over! That means 1 quiz down, 1 more to go. I don’t intend to stay up and study tonight because I’m REALLY beat from last night’s session at Zouk. No more weekday partying although it’s free entry. (not really for us since we had to wait for about 1 hour or so for Gerry to sign us in.) I had a really good time with Amanda, Hazel, Vivian and Rie at Phuture… downing all the vodka lime and bourbon coke and sour apples and whatever have you. I got pretty high when I wasn’t supposed to, considering that I have a quiz at 11am the next day, DOH!

Long time no post!

Yes  yes I haven’t blogged in the longest time, I have realised. School has been exceptionally busy this semester cos I’m taking 6 modules. Plus, I’m in the C.I Club, so things have been really busy! But I decided to take some time out to update this rather quiet blog about my admittedly not-so-quiet life, hee hee.

I feel so guilty! Cos I always tell myself to study hard during the week and enjoy the weekend but when the end of the week comes, I barely had any work done. But it’s OK, exams are about a month plus away, still not too late to start studying!

Recently, I’ve been hanging out a lot with newly found friends and I must admit, they are a fun bunch! I feel totally comfortable and at ease with them. I am really glad that my life is now totally dedicated to my friends and school, quite contented with how things are going right now Love them to beats!

 

I guess that’s the effect that new friends have on you. The novelty of having fresh, new, fun company makes it all exciting! I’m not saying that I get tired of my friends but it is always good to make new friends, yeah? Life is so much more exciting! But of course, I would never ever forget my good ol’ friends in JJ, my BS gang and haha, my lovely friends in NTU. Many <3s to all of you!!!

Apart from partying almost every weekend (guilty again!), I’ve been doing shoots for All Things Lovely! It’s been a great joy to work with these girls, really. They are really easy and fun to work with. Girls, if you are reading this, next time when your business grows, I still want to be your model ok! Getting on to today’s business… It was the first day of Fête, CS week and it kicked started off with a flea market that Trixie, Rui Qi, Candy and I are in charge off. Trixie and I shared a booth because we didn’t have much clothes to sell on our own and rent was dirt cheap too! ($20 for 2 days!!!!) I made a profit today so I’m very pleased! Bought myself a tshirt from Trixie’s shop and bracelets from Sze Ee. Haha, vendors supporting one another.

 

I’m gonna get down to studying now. 2 quizzes this week, oh dear. Wish me luck, I will need it :S
